By accessing, browsing and/or using the pages in BALTICDIAG.com website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

BALTICDIAG.com supply goods and services only subject to these terms and any person (here-in-after called 'The Buyer') supplied by BALTICDIAG.com (here-in-after called 'The Seller') accept these terms will govern all contractual relations between them. No employee or other person except for a Director of BALTICDIAG.com website can alter these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore important that the Buyer keeps himself/herself informed of any changes.

Payment

There can never be deducted an amount greater than what the Buyer has approved in the acquisition. BALTICDIAG.com is responsible for credit card transactions made through this website.

In special cases, when the goods are not purchased directly via BALTICDIAG.com e-shop platform, customers can pay by Bank Transfer. An e-mail with our bank account information will be sent together with the order confirmation. All payments with BALTICDIAG.com are upfront and the products will not be shipped until the money has arrived at our bank account. Any dispute/query relating to the quality of goods or service provided must be stated in writing within two weeks of receiving the goods.

When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to the Buyer's bank account.

Ordering

A presentation of the goods along with the prices is not a binding offer, but just an invitation to do a purchase.

A binding commitment between the Buyer and BALTICDIAG.com is made when BALTICDIAG.com is sending a confirmation of the order, which has been accepted by the Buyer.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase items on our website and possess a valid credit card that we accept. If you are under 18 years old, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us. 

Order cancellation

Order cancellation can be requested before the order is not shipped. If canceled later, the buyer has to indemnify the seller for the losses associated with the cancellation of an order. 

Prices

Prices shall be as ruling at the date of ordering. After the order is placed the required price can only be altered if agreed by both parties (the Seller and the Buyer). Prices listed in BALTICDIAG.com are subject to change without notice. 

Personal information

You have to register the following personal information when making an order via our e-shop: name, address, phone number and email-address. By creating your profile on this website, or by filling out forms on this website where the email is requested, you accept to receive emails from BALTICDIAG.com.

We do not save or transmit the personal information encrypted. Nor do we sell any personal information given on BALTICDIAG.com to third parties or register any sensitive personal information.
